Internships

A Congressional internship in the U.S. House offers an unrivaled education in the American legislative process. Internships provide meaningful experiences that help interns enhance their understanding of Congress.

DC interns carry out a variety of responsibilities, such as answering calls from constituents, writing constituent correspondence, and giving tours of the U.S. Capitol. They also have the opportunity to write memos and letters, conduct research, and attend committee hearings. State interns answer calls and assist constituents, perform various administrative duties related to casework and outreach efforts, learn about the legislative process, and experience how a House state office operates.

Interns may apply for opportunities in the Washington, DC office or the Montana offices. Interns will be paid a limited stipend.

Representative Rosendale is currently accepting applications for the summer semester.
