Rosendale Announces Winner of the 2023 Congressional Art Competition

Washington, D.C. – Today, Congressman Matt Rosendale (MT-02) named Daphne Rutter of Foothills Community Christian School in Great Falls the winner of this year’s Congressional Art Competition for Montana's Second District.

The winning artwork will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol building for one year. Congressman Rosendale congratulated Daphne along with the other finalists during a reception at his district office in Billings.

The Congressional Art Competition began in 1982 to provide students with the opportunity to showcase their artistic talents in the halls of Congress. Since then, over 650,000 students have taken part in this annual competition.
