ROSENDALE URGES PRESIDENT BIDEN TO LIFT ALL VACCINE MANDATES ON U.S/CANADIAN BORDER

Washington D.C. - Today, Representative Matt Rosendale and several of his Republican colleagues sent a letter to President Biden urging him to drop all vaccine requirements for persons entering the United States from Canada. This comes after Canada decided to lift its vaccine mandates for international travelers entering Canada. While Americans are free to enter Canada and support their economy, President Biden has upheld a mandate that prohibits Canadians from doing the same.

“This Administration should not continue to implement senseless COVID mandates that hurt the American economy” Representative Rosendale said, “If President Biden truly believes that the pandemic is over, like he recently claimed, he should put an end to this nonsense.”

The time to stop out-of-touch bureaucrats from imposing their will on ordinary Americans is long past due. If this Administration truly cares about moving on from the COVID pandemic, then it should follow Rep. Rosendale's lead, and lift all mandates that are still in place on the U.S./Canada border.
