Rosendale Votes Against Fiscal Irresponsibility Act
Washington,
May 31, 2023
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Matt Rosendale (MT-02) voted against H.R. 3746. Not only does this piece of legislation add $4 trillion to our existing $31 trillion national debt, but it also continues to fund 98% of the 87,000 IRS agents, keeps Democrats’ student loan redistribution program in place, and funding for roughly $1.2 trillion in green new deal subsidies. This bill hands the Biden Administration a blank check to further their radical agenda until 2025. This “deal” is frankly an insult to the American people and the people across the state of Montana – which is why I voted against the Fiscal Irresponsibility Act."
