Rep. Rosendale Votes Against Continuing Resolution And Urges Leadership To Bring Appropriations Bills Forward

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congressman Matt Rosendale (MT-02) released the following statement on opposing the continuing resolution that the House voted on this afternoon.

“For months, I have made it clear that I would not support a continuing resolution as it extends Nancy Pelosi's budget and Joe Biden’s policies. That’s why I voted against the CR this afternoon,” said Rep. Rosendale.

“Congress has the obligation and statutory requirement to the American people to pass the 12 appropriations bills. The House is doing its job and has passed four bills to fund our troops, veterans, and secure our border. It's time to bring up the remaining bills and for the Senate to do the same!”
