WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congressman Matt Rosendale (MT-02) released the following statement against the upcoming Minibus spending package and joins the House Freedom Caucus in a letter urging his colleagues in the House of Representatives to vote against the measure. “As expected, the D.C. Cartel is once again attempting to force another Minibus spending package that does nothing to rein in wasteful spending and secure our border, which is why I will strongly oppose it,” said Rep. Rosendale. “Montanans did not send me to Congress to continue to fund Joe Biden's radical leftist agenda and Nancy Pelosi's reckless spending while turning a blind eye to the crisis at our southern border. “I urge my colleagues to do the same and vote no on this upcoming attempt to fund government irresponsibly.
